Food Orders – Dine-In & Takeaway

• We do not accept returns once food is picked up or delivered, as it is freshly prepared.
• If your order was incorrect, not as described, or didn’t meet expectations, please contact us within 2 hours.
• We may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on the situation.

Packaged Snacks & Retail Items

• Returns accepted within 3 days if items are unopened, unused, and in original condition.
• Valid proof of purchase is required.
• Refunds processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Fresh food once consumed or tampered with
• Discounted/promotional items
• Opened or used packaged snacks
